Are your packages customizeable?
Yes! Our packages can be tweaked with add-ons. Services can also be removed in order to fit your team's needs. As long as your needs involve social media and / or content marketing, we'd love to and are expertly equipped to work with you.

What's your process for tracking social media performance?
With our social media package, we hold strategy calls every two weeks. We send out detailed reports at these times so we can review them together during our call.
Our reports feature benchmark indicators, the most important KPIs (for your brand) and the results for every post & ad that went live or ran during the report period. We also like to do A/B testing when applicable to maximize our efforts; the results of any A/B tests are sent in our reports.
How often will we keep in touch?
It depends on the package and your needs—but we'll have strategy calls every two weeks or on a monthly basis. During these calls, we go over audits and / or reports as well as touch base. We approach all of our relationships with HEY LOOK! clients as collaborations. This ensures our work is effective, most helpful and optimized.
